Cérémonie d’installation ce lundi pour le tout nouveau Préfet des Côtes d’Armor. Yves Le Breton succède à Pierre Lambert aujourd’hui. A 49 ans, ce dernier occupait jusqu’à là le poste de Préfet de Loir-et-Cher.
